- Would-be resellers, agents, business partners, and giveaway entrants, plus the owner who follows up with them.

The problem
Would-be resellers ask in chat without complete details, and the owner has no tidy record of who is interested.
The solution
One form component serves four purposes. On submit, WhatsApp opens with a ready-to-send message; when the Apps Script endpoint is set, the entry is also logged to Google Sheets with spam checks, plus a duplicate check for giveaway sign-ups.
How it works
What happens, step by step, from the user's point of view.
- 01
The visitor picks a form
There are forms for a free tester, reseller or agent, business partnership, and the giveaway. All four share one component.
- 02
Short details, filled on phone
The visitor enters their name, WhatsApp number, city, and what they need. Required fields and the number format are checked before sending.
- 03
Bots are quietly filtered
A hidden trap field (honeypot) and a minimum fill time catch bots. Their submissions look successful but go nowhere.
- 04
WhatsApp opens, message ready
After submitting, WhatsApp opens with a message containing those details. The visitor just taps send to the owner.
- 05
Logging to Google Sheets
Ready to switch on: once the Apps Script address is added, every submission lands in the owner's spreadsheet and an email alert goes out.
- 06
Giveaway limited to its dates
Giveaway entries are only accepted during its dates, and a number or Instagram account already entered is refused. This also runs once Sheets is switched on.

What the business gets
- Would-be resellers arrive with full details, not just "I have a question".
- No server or paid CRM needed; the data lives in the owner's own Google Sheet.
- Bot submissions never reach the owner's WhatsApp.
- Once Sheets is switched on, the owner has a lead list they can mark with status and quality.
Terms on this page
- Honeypot
- A form field hidden from people; only bots fill it in, so their submissions are easy to spot.
- Google Apps Script
- Small code that runs free in the owner's Google account, here to receive form entries and write them to a spreadsheet.
- Lead
- A potential buyer or partner who has left their contact details and shown interest.
